1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Find.co (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal data of users (“you”) when using the Platform.
Find.co acts as the data controller for all personal data collected through the Platform.
This Policy applies globally, in line with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), LGPD (Brazil), and other applicable privacy laws.

2. Information We Collect
Personal information: name, email, address, payment details, wallet details, social media handles, traffic sources.
Company information: company name, VAT number, address, contact email.
Traffic and performance data: URLs, audience size, audience location, and verticals promoted.
Payment information: fiat (account holder, bank, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC) and crypto (wallet address, cryptocurrency type, network).
Technical data: IP address, device/browser, and limited tracking identifiers associated with affiliate links. No cookies or analytics data are collected at this stage.

3. How We Collect Information
Through registration and verification forms.
Through traffic/performance monitoring on the Platform.
Automatically through affiliate link tracking necessary to attribute referrals and performance. The Platform does not currently use cookies or analytics tools.

4. How We Use Information
To process registration and verify eligibility.
To provide access to deals and campaigns. We may also process limited technical identifiers from affiliate links solely for the purpose of measuring performance and ensuring accurate attribution.
To process payments in fiat and/or crypto.
Note we do not hold custody of any funds. We facilitate payments by collecting the necessary information for direct transfers.
To monitor performance thresholds and ensure compliance.
To comply with legal obligations.
To perform due diligence and financial crime prevention, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, to the extent required by law or our internal compliance standards.
To improve the Platform and its functionalities.

5. Cookies and Tracking
The Platform does not currently use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, personalization, or advertising purposes.
Tracking is limited to affiliate links necessary to measure campaign performance and attribute referrals to the correct creator or partner.
No personal data is collected or stored through cookies or tracking pixels.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share data with third-party providers: AWS (hosting), GCP (analytics), Salesforce (CRM), Xero (accounting), Notion (documentation), Jira (project management).
Brands/operators will only receive aggregated and anonymized performance data.
Personal details are not shared. We may, in the future, share masked, non-personally identifiable details of influencers/publishers to prevent direct engagement and protect your account.
We may disclose data to authorities where legally required.
We do not sell personal data.

7. Data Storage and Security
Data is hosted in the EU using AWS and GCP.
Encryption at rest and in transit is applied.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated.
Future Payment Services: Note that while the Platform currently facilitates payments by collecting necessary details, we may integrate features in the future, such as on-platform wallets, which may involve holding temporary custody of funds. This Policy will be updated to reflect such changes when they are implemented.

8. International Data Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EU, safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses will be implemented.

9. Your Rights
GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection.
CCPA: disclosure, right to deletion, right to opt-out of sale of data.
LGPD: confirmation of processing, correction, anonymization, revocation of consent.

10. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not directed at under-18s. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
